Our guide showed us around the sustainable building and walked through the process of growing, harvesting, and pressing olive oil. Production happens around October/November for them. We also got a chance to taste different olive oils and vinegars that they produce. It was a very educational tour for our group and highly recommend. Note that you can book directly with them for slightly cheaper but availability isn’t really accurate - recommend calling/reaching out to them earlier. Our schedule was still in flux so we scheduled the night before.”
