“Do not expect your english speaking guide to show. Our guide was not at the designated meeting place at 9:30pm. We waited and then went to the entrance to see if the guide left early. Not there either. After 20 minutes of looking for the Orange umbrella we were told the guide would carry, I sent a text. We quickly received our tickets by text. We are owed at least a partial refund. The palace was spectacular but we paid a premium to get a guided experience and did not receive what we bargained for”

This private guided tour was over €400 and booked months and months in advance. They left us no time to get other tickets, so we were not able to go to the ALHAMBRA at all.
