“We had a wonderful and relaxing experience in Banos de Elvira. Ilaria was really helpful and welcoming. The whole atmosphere with the dim lights, warm tea, fruit and calm music transferred you back in time to a Middle Eastern palace. The massage was also really good and provided some comfort after a tiring month. In my next visit to Granada I would definitely visit this place again.”

“Alhambra Tour was rushed and not well organized. From pick up point we had to walk a long way to the office to take the bus to Alhambra. There we waited for 15 min to get headphones and be assigned to a guide. Our group entrance hour was at 11 so we had an hour to kill and we had been taken to another museum. Too much walking back and forth for older people uphill.”

“La ducha del spa no funcionaba. 12 personas en un spa tan pequeño, es inacceptable. El agua del yacuzzi está muy fría. En el baño truco, no salía vapor casi. Tambien frío. En los baños deberia haber secador de pelo. Precio carísimo por un servicio mediocre.”
